Good one if beginner, I wouldn’t say there is 200mg in each because ive had lower than 200mg before and they were alot more intense than these hearts. I took 2 in one evening with 2h between each hit and according to wiki usually 250mg or more can cause serious brain damage, I slept like a baby and I was perfectly fine the next day. So I think you might want to recheck your dosage
