I take like 40g of kratom per day and i took one half of these and it was awesome. Just personally for me it has quite a sedating effect for me personally. Not so much like some opiates that give more of an energetic or at least non-sedative feel. Keep in mind this was only after i got home from work, so that could also be a contributing factor to the sleepyness.
