For me, I’d say the 25mg pill is about as strong as maybe 3.4 to 4 grams of shrooms. I do a trip or two a year and perhaps require more than most, not sure. The colors and tesserae patterns were as intense as any such trip I’ve had and I actively look for varieties with the best visuals. This is definitely going to be my go-to delivery system for psilocin from now on. The only complaint I would have is that while I sometimes get a knotted up stomach with shrooms I’ve never had a tensed up head like I had with this 4-HO-MET stuff. It wasn’t too intense but a bit of a mild headache which went away after an hour or two. Worth the trip tough.

Half of one of these with 60mg MDA felt almost like a pharmahuasca experience. Also a bit challenging when you’re not expecting that kind of ride, but amazing once it settles down.

What a compound, id liken it to 3.5 mushrooms lemon tek’d or five straight. Light almost grandiose headspace, events had strong sense of significance, very “trippy vibe”, great visuals… particularly with nitrous. Light resurgent visuals when cannabis was smoked the following evening, im a daily smoker just something to note. Its very easy to bump as well. Would buy again.

man this might be my new favorite psychedelic. I was just in my room listening to music vibing feeling warm safe and euphoric. visuals were colourful and beautiful and wasn’t really overwhelming. this is a good one if you’re new to psychedelics. I recommend doing the full 25mg for the best experience. This was my first order with this site and I am very satisfied.

Has to be one of my favorite psychedelics to date, I find it feels close to LSD with less defined visuals, almost halo like visuals comparable to 2C-B, yet the headspace is clearer than any other psych I’ve tried, I was able to have full proper conversations and just overall had a great time socializing and no one even suspected I was tripping, unlike with LSD I’d be drooling myself with visuals of this intensity. The come-up was really rough and kicked me faster than I expected and caused some but cramps, but it was entirely worth it once it plateaud.

What a wonderful compound. Extremely minimal cognitive effects (i.e., no unpleasant introspection or thought-looping), but very heavy on euphoria. As a preface, all administrations were spaced weeks to months apart, so tolerance was not a factor.
I’m a seasoned psychonaut and typically require more than the average person. That said, even at ¼ of a pill, there are clear visual and perceptual changes—images appear slightly sharper and more “cinematic.”
At ½ a pill, euphoria becomes more pronounced. Closed-eye visuals begin to emerge alongside mild pattern enhancement (nothing too intense).
The real fun starts at one full pill. Onset is fast—likely the quickest onset and peak I’ve experienced. Strong perceptual distortions develop: objects gain increased detail and may appear to shimmer. Closed-eye visuals at this dose are extremely vivid—classic hypergeometry, fractals, etc. What impressed me most was the level of cognitive clarity and clean thinking despite such ineffable visuals. At one pill, peak effects lasted ~30 minutes, with most effects gone within 1.5–2 hours and full clearance by ~4.5 hours.
At two full pills, the effects felt noticeably more “additive” compared to one. Open-eye/environmental hallucinations were less pronounced than expected, but closed-eye visuals were exceptionally magical. Duration was similar to one pill, with a slightly longer peak and full clearance around 4.5–5 hours.
Final report: I combined two tabs of acid (200 µg total) with this compound. LSD was ingested at time zero (T0), followed by one pill of 4-HO-MET at T+30 minutes. Peak effects began around 45–55 minutes post-LSD. For experienced users looking to fully harness the visual potential of 4-HO-MET, this felt like an excellent way to potentiate visuals in a relatively controlled manner. Closed-eye visuals were among the most vivid and breathtaking I’ve had in a long time. Open-eye visuals were… fine—clear pattern enhancement and some low-level visuals, but nothing approaching the intensity of very high-dose mushrooms.
Overall, if you’re new to psychedelics and want to dip your toes in, this is a great option to explore with careful dose adjustment. One of my new favourites for sure, and it’ll be included in future purchases.

Lately shrooms havent been having any effect on me, and Ive never really had an amazing LSD experience, tried many batches from many different vendors including one that I had the best shroom trip of my life from. I went through a QP and never anything but an upset stomach, and all I got from the tabs was just a fuzzy feeling.

When I saw the description explaining how similar it this to shrooms I had to give it a shot. This may easily be my new favourite psychedelic
No upset stomach, no nasty mushrooms and within 40 minutes I could already see things starting to come alive. I had the most fantastic visual hallucinations like I could see myself moving in slow motion, everything alive and breathing with colour and just pure euphoria. 10/10 product thank you SDC for this gem
