In my experience, S-isomer is more psychedelic and euphoric while R is more dizzying, has more anaesthetic qualities and can even become nauseating. I’ve compared both many times and S-isomer is definitely my favourite.

Ok, so I’ve already reviewed this item and have been consistently buying it these last two years (quality is consistent) but after comparing with two other sources of S-Ketamine, I can confidently say that this is by far the best I’ve had. Very good quality!! As an occasional user I started to get a little bit too comfortable and, one night, I pushed the enveloppe. After insuflating a good 130mg and going to bed, I had the pleasure of voyaging once again to the « other side », where fluorescent color plastic looking machines making weird and fast clicking noises while carrying through different realms. Once I landed back on earth and got my coordination back i did was I never do and went for 2 with same dosage. Big mistake, I dissociated so hard my wife called the paramedics thinking I was going through some kind of stroke. I really thought my life was over and that messed up big time and that I was forever stuck in between dimensions. It felt like I just fell off my own existence. I became myself again in the ambulance and felt like a big idiot… I was admitted to the hospital. I signed all the waivers and escaped back home in a Uber and had to come up with a bullshit diagnostic to my girlfriend ahahah. Be careful my friends, STRONG stuff ahahaha
